i had a great stay at best western! the front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating. the queen room was well-kept and smelled clean. it’s in a good area with stores nearby. It’s close to popular spots like knotts berry farm and universal studios. another highlight was the outdoor swimming pool.

The clean and comfy queen beds made our stay super relaxing. The Wi-Fi was solid, and the easy freeway access made exploring a breeze.

during my short stay, I appreciated how close this place is to Amelia Mayberry Park, perfect for a relaxing walk. The Downey Museum of Art is just a few minutes' drive for some great culture, which made my stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were clean and had just what a solo traveler like me needs to recharge after a day out. but the hotel's management could improve by addressing staff training for better check-in procedures.
